Hi! My name is Andrea
I am a Minister of Harmony
Welcome! I'm Andrea D. Merriman. the founder of FLR Global Institute, LLC. My journey to this path began when I experienced the unimaginable loss of my 17-year-old daughter, Jennifer, at the hands of her brother-in-law. The pain and grief propelled me to take action and make a difference in the lives of domestic violence victims and their families.
As a survivor myself, I understand the deep-rooted impact of domestic violence and the challenges faced by those trying to help their loved ones. With the guidance of God and the strength of my faith, I've been able to transform my own pain into purpose. I am driven to ensure that no other mother has to bury a child due to domestic violence. My qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business, certification as a Family Partner, and a deep connection with God as a Minister. These, combined with my personal experiences, allow me to approach domestic violence coaching and training from a place of empathy, understanding, and faith.
At FLR Global Institute, we offer the Jennifer Y. Merriman H.E.L.P. Program, a comprehensive and unique approach to healing and empowerment. Our evidence-based strategies, trauma-informed practices, and integration of spiritual guidance create a holistic framework for transformation. We also provide coaching programs for those interested in becoming certified domestic violence coaches and training for advocates in faith-based communities. Collaboration is vital to our mission, and we actively seek partnerships with organizations, experts, and professionals in the field. Together, we can create a global impact and end the cycle of domestic violence by the year 2030. I am honored to walk alongside you on your journey of healing, empowerment, and spiritual growth. Together, let's bring hope, transformation, and lasting change to individuals, families, and communities affected by domestic violence.
